Year 6 Monet pictures

Year 6 have worked hard to produce chalk drawings in the style of Monet. I am sure you will agree that they are wonderful.

Year 3 Maths

In our maths lessons last week we looked at 2D and 3D shapes. One of our lessons meant we made the nets of the 3d shapes out of straws, Here is some pictures from 3U putting the shapes together. Can you name the shapes that were made?

Year 3 Creative day

On creative day year 3 made jinx frames and made their own picture of Van Gogh's 'Starry Night'.

Year 4 Creative Day

Year 4 spent an enjoyable day being artistic; painting landscapes and observational drawings of fruit

Year 6 Creative Day

Year Six spent Creative Day creating and performing their own retellings of the poem Jabberwockey.

Year 5 Creative Day

Year 5 had lots of fun designing and making robots for part of their IPC topic called 'What Price Progress'>

Tesco Vouchers

Please have a look at home to see if you have any remaining Tesco vouchers and then put them in the baskets outside the office. Class 5R are busy counting them and hope to get over 20,000 vouchers. We will use the vouchers to get new ICT equipment for the school.

Tuesday and Wednesday at Trewern

The children have been having a busy time at Trewern by trying lots of new activities such as canoeing and caving. They have been getting drenched but having fun!!
